From Monday 13 October 2025, there will be timetable and route updates across public transport services in Adelaide's northern suburbs.

These updates are set to improve the reliability of our services and meet the needs of growing communities.

Gawler Line Timetable

Weekday timetables for the Gawler line will be updated, with most trips between Adelaide and Gawler running two minutes faster.

No changes will be made to early morning, evening, or weekend services.

The start times have not been altered for any trips.

Northern Suburbs Bus Timetables

To support smooth transfers, minor timetable changes will be made to some northern suburbs bus timetables that connect to the Gawler line at Munno Para, Smithfield, Elizabeth, Salisbury, and Mawson Lakes.

The following timetables will be affected:

• 224, N224.
• 225.
• 228.
• 400, 421.
• 401, 403.
• 402, 450.
• 404, 405.
• 411.
• 415, 430.
• 440, 441, 442, 443.
• 451, 452.
• 461, 462.
• 491, 492A, 492C, 493, 494.

There are no changes to travel times on these services.

Riverlea Park Bus Extensions

With Riverlea Park continuing to grow, two bus routes are being extended to give more residents access to Adelaide Metro services:

• Route 402 will be extended further along Riverlea Boulevard.
• Route 450 will be extended along Osprey Drive.
